From 5 to 9 October in Parma: conferences, meetings with schools, recreation and entertainment, tastings of local products, moments of confrontation with international guests and producers in the southern hemisphere, this is the 2010 edition of Kuminda - the right to food.
Kuminda is an event that has become a fixed point in a city that comes in conjunction with national partners and to reaffirm strongly that the food is not a commodity but a right.
Kuminda-the right to food is organized by Cibopertutti, Italian Committee for Food Sovereignty and Terre di mezzo Publisher.
